Some of the marked-down products on the website are offered on a FINAL SALE basis. This means that once purchased, they cannot be returned unless they are faulty, or the wrong product has been sent. All FINAL SALE products are clearly labelled on our website and no returns paperwork will be included in your parcel.

If for some reason you wish to return any product purchased on our website, you should follow the return instructions provided on the paperwork included with your delivery.
All full price and outlet items can be returned within 28 days of the purchase date using the returns label included in your parcel for free.
Final Sale products are non-refundable.
Please COMPLETE the RETURN FORM on the reverse of your receipt and include it inside your package.
Please note we do not process exchanges therefore please follow our returns policy to send back your order.
Products in our SALE (clearly identified on our website) can be returned to the warehouse up to 28 days from the date of purchase using the prepaid UPS label that comes with your package. Please note that restocking fee will deduct $6.39 from your refund.

You should obtain a receipt for your return package from UPS, which can be used to track the item(s) you are returning, should for some reason they don't arrive at our warehouse. We unfortunately cannot accept liability for returned goods that we don't receive, or for those that get damaged in shipping on their return.
